I spent a decade leading teams inside fast-growing companies before I admitted the obvious: most of the people I admired were burning out quietly, and most of the advice they were given was sharper than it was kind.

I trained as a coach to do work that was both — rigorous and humane. Today I sit with founders, operators, and creative professionals in the messy middle of building something meaningful. We work on the business and the person at the same time, because they were never really separate.

My approach borrows from somatic coaching, internal family systems, and a stubborn belief that strategy without self-awareness is just busyness with better fonts.
